BCS' strength is its people. Providing the highest level of customer service begins with leadership, and its pervasiveness within an organization is a differentiating factor. This is what sets BCS apart from its competitors. Here is a brief introduction to the people who make the difference.

Management Team

Aaron J. Marshall, President

Aaron's entire life has revolved around leadership training and development. After joining BCS in the fall of 2002 he worked his way through every department. In 2006 he left to spend 4 years with Alcoa learning and implementing their version of the Toyota Production System. Returning to BCS as President in September, 2010, he has brought all his experience and expertise to bear in taking BCS to the next level as an organization. A member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Washington County, Aaron is passionate about making a positive impact in the community.

Jim Parkes, Operations Director

Jim brings years of broad experience to his role of overseeing operations at BCS. A former U.S. Air Force Communications Officer, he has spent over 30 years in manufacturing, operations, and supervision; he knows how get things done.

Jonathan Pelphrey, Logistics Director

Jonathan has been part of the logistics operation at BCS since 2003, with a brief hiatus to pursue graduate studies. With an eye on maintaining strong customer service relationships, he has successfully applied his gifts for strategic analysis, idea development, problem-solving and adaptation to tackle the out-of-the-ordinary needs of BCS customers. His skills lend themselves well toward building customer projects from inception through implementation.

Asberene Bolinger, EDI Director

Asberene has 14 years of customer service experience with which she handles every interaction.  She uses her attention to detail and passion for customer service in numerous ways at BCS since joining our team in 2003. Keeping track of thousands of transactions per day and constantly changing customer expectations comes naturally to her.

Jonathan Brown, Shipping Manager

Jonathan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems. Jonathan has an amazing ability to learn new software and adapt to new procedures. He has proven himself a valuable and effective part of the BCS team.
